Cohort Opportunity for Early-Career Preachers
Union Presbyterian Seminary is offering a cohort opportunity for early-career preachers.
Each year, the Bridge will form a 24-person cohort of those who are in their first seven years of congregational ministry and who are preaching at least a third of the opportunities in their ministry setting.
Cohort members are expected to attend all cohort events through the calendar year. This includes: 3 half-day online workshops, attending the all-expenses-paid Bridge Retreat in Richmond, VA on April 23-26, 2024, and 6 individual hour-long related consultations for peer coaching. This opportunity is funded by a grant from the Compelling Preaching Initiative – Lilly Endowment Inc.
